These businesses can be sole traders or major corporations of any industry type.
When using this site to see what others have said you will get an aggregate of answers
to relevant questions about the business plus an overall satisfaction rating.

assist consumers in making informed decisions and businesses to provide

How did this come about
How often do we peruse the yellow pages or local papers trying to find the right business
to deal with and how do we know that the business we choose is reputable and dependable?
Of course we cannot, unless we could speak to prior customers of the business which
is not always practical as most referrals come from the business itself.
So we thought that we as Consumers needed somewhere that we could go and view what
others have said, thereby helping us to decide which business to choose, like the
recommendation we get from a friend or neighbour.
